Следуя политике организатора — Союза Киокушин Каратэ России и соорганизатора — Альянса Открытый Киокушин, событие пройдет с соблюдением принципа открытости для всех организаций, независимо от федерационной принадлежности.
В 60 весо-возрастных категориях турнира, сойдутся более 550 спортсменов из регионов России и Казахстана (Российскую Федерацию представят регионы географией от Амурской области до Санкт-Петербурга; Казахстан представлен Алма-атинской и Петропавловской областями). Приветственные адреса в Оргкомитет направили руководители Национальных организаций Киокушин Каратэ Индонезии, Ирана, Кувейта.
